How we helped

  • Supported the Compensation and Talent Committee to undertake a major overhaul of compensation philosophy resulting in a redesign of short- and long-term incentives for the Group Management Team.
  • Compensation is now much more performance-based, long-term, and tied to the performance of Group equity

Design Work

We worked with the Compensation Committee, the Human Resources function, Company Secretariat and external legal support to re-negotiate senior contracts

  • Co-CEOs – a situation which the Board felt had to be addressed
  • Limited ‘faith’ in LTIs
  • Multiple and varied contracts, some of which were uniquiely challenging from a ‘re-negotiation’ standpoint
