Following the acquisition of The Stars Group (a Canadian listed online gaming company) by Flutter (previously Paddy Power Betfair), a reorganisation required a cross-divisional review of pay at all levels

How we helped

  • We worked with Flutter to make recommendations on the structure of pay for all levels below ExCo.
  • This involved detailed interviews with all Board and Exco members and key senior personnel to gather information and recommend an agile approach to enable reward to align with the business strategy.

Design Work

We developed a broad set of recommendations covering the Employee Value Proposition across the organisation – from Australia to the United States.

A highly challenging schedule of one-on-one meetings to gather sensitive information within a company with a huge growth agenda.

Required knowledge of bonus plan design, long-term incentive design, pay structures, job levels and job positioning.
