Catherine Chadwick


Catherine Chadwick is a vice president in Rem.n's London office, having previously worked in Reward at PwC. Catherine joined Pearl Meyer in 2010 and works closely with remuneration committees and boards helping them to develop and implement effective remuneration strategies.

She has extensive analytical experience including pay benchmarking, incentive design, performance metric selection and calibration, and communication. She has experience working across all industries from start-ups to international giants and from listed to private and not-for-profit and has worked with a huge variety of clients including Raspberry Pi, Flutter, Radian, PETRONAS, Hawk-Eye and Majestic Wine.

Catherine is also responsible for leading Pearl Meyer’s work on the UK CEO Value Index. She holds a BA in Physiological Sciences from the University of Oxford.
