Sir Mark Moody-Stuart

Sir Mark Moody-Stuart KCMG, now retired, was Chairman of Royal Dutch/Shell until 2001. He has subsequently held a number of roles, including non-executive chairman of Anglo American PLC until 2009, Chairman of Hermes Equity Ownership Services since 2009 and as a director of HSBC Holdings and of Accenture. He was Chairman of the Global Compact Foundation and was a director of the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) until December 2007. He was a director of Saudi Aramco, and Chairman of their Compensation Committee, where he worked with Simon Patterson/
