The Problem

Although a charity, competes for talent from major commercial organisations. Exorbitant growth, complex CEO pay package but needed to pay in a socially responsible manner reflective of charitable status.

How we helped

Rem.n (London) hired as independent advisors to the Remuneration Committee. Worked over many months to identify the issues through interviews with management, craft a potential incentive compensation solution, negotiate a consensus and support implementation

Design Work

We designed, in negotiation with management and with Remuneration Committee oversight, a tailored profit-sharing and value sharing arrangement. We helped select and on-board new legal advisors.

Challenges/Complex requirements

Oversight arrangements of Charity Commission for very commercial high growth organisation. Worked with 3 separate chairmen.
